About Us

Welcome to MyHairToo and MySkinToo! Grateful you are here.

Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, we are not just another online beauty store.
We are a one-stop shop marketplace for natural and clean beauty products made by black, indigenous and people of color (BIPOC)-owned small businesses worldwide.

We believe that finding natural and clean beauty products from BIPOC-owned small businesses in any country should be easy. Our goal is to change the way we search and shop for clean beauty products from BIPOC-owned small businesses.

We collaborate with community-oriented and passionate small businesses & entrepreneurs, to curate a selection of high-quality haircare, skincare products and accessories made with ingredients we can understand and are friendly to our health. All products are tried in-house and by our community of beauty specialists.

“For individuals looking for high-quality, natural and clean beauty products, MyHairToo | MySkinToo offers a wide range of handcrafted products and accessories made by BIPOC-owned small businesses worldwide. We want to make it easier for our customers to support these businesses and find clean beauty products made with BIPOC health and wellness in mind. This is what drives our marketplace.”

This is all began when co-founders Camille and Kayona found it virtually impossible to find all-natural, vegan, organic or eco-friendly hair and skin care products made with BIPOC in mind.  We wanted to support independent or BIPOC-owned small businesses, whether locally or in another country. We yearned for this type of one-stop shop.

We struggled to find products where we could figure out its ingredients. We struggled to find shops that offered products made with people of color in mind. We struggled to find non-mass-produced brands. We used to ask ourselves, how can we find these types of independent brands sharing the same priorities all in one place?

We decided to get to work and build this marketplace! Yay!

We have found (and continue to find)  the most amazing BIPOC-owned small business brands, sharing our desire for natural, eco-friendly hair and skin care products, as well as promoting health and wellness. We are committed to curating a marketplace in support of BIPOC-owned small businesses who are as dedicated to clean & natural beauty as we are. We want to make it easier for you to access these products and accessories from these phenomenal businesses. That is why we do the research so you do not have to!

Sending love and light,
Camille & Kayona
